Hi Alicia, there appears to be a misunderstanding. It is impossible for a human to catch bordatella. We would also recommend not calling our staff members cuss words and other unnecessary names. (You are banned from TPC. ) The Veterinarians at TPC are licensed. Your dog did not catch bordetella. (Multiple DVMs have agreed) As you mentioned to our staff you cannot properly afford to take care of a dog. Please stop threatening our clinic with false claims. Thank you

I took my dog to get him neutered 7/16/2021, 2 days later, he started coughing and got Kennel Cough. Due to that my daughter got a severe reaction that I had to take her to the ER. They ran test and she has Bortella. My dog stopped drinking and eating and I called them and they said that they are not responsible because I signed a paper and they are not certified Vets. Now my question is, who is neutering all of these precious pets if they are not Vets?
I made a appointment a couple of weeks ago, and was told that the deposit that I put down was non refundable if the appointment was changed, or their was a cancellation which is understand, and the day before I would get a confirmation text. I called the day before and was told that they didnt have my dog on file there since she worked from home and that I should just show up, and maybe I could get squeezed in?.. Rather than showing up, since I live an hour away I waited till they opened, and called them only to be told that my appointment was missed. I informed her, that I spoke to somebody who didnt see my dog in their records, and that I never got a reminder of my appointment. The lady at the clinic in the morning, (who has a very rude tone) informed me, that I would need to pay another deposit down, since the appointment was considered a no call no show, and that according to their records they sent a text out.. After going back and forth, and LITERALLY getting nowhere. I paid another deposit (which is only at this point $25 away from the cost of the whole procedure) to be told that a reminder would get set out regarding the new appointment. I informed the lady it was okay, and that I would just keep a reminder in my phone so we didnt have to go through this again..
